I recently went to Haiti with Common. I’d never been to a third world country before or seen poverty the way I did there. Below are a few images from the trip and an interview CNN did with me about the experience.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO TRAVEL WITH COMMON?

I’ve never been to a place like Haiti, so initially it was an experience I couldn’t pass up. My work tends to shelter me from the negative reality of the world since I’m generally hired to accentuate a more glamorous lifestyle.
